There are a few key factors to staying healthy. All of the facts are extreamly important for good health. The point are things like:

Keeping Active
keeping physically active inproves your strength, fitness and confidence. It also helps your flexability and mobility, all of which contribut to you beinh healthy.

Eating well
Any food that you consume goes towards both you mental and physical health for years to come. To keep your body and mind healthy for a long lasting life then you must watch what you eat, this means eating a wide variety of healthy foods: these can be fruit vegetables and swapping bad food for a healthier alternative, such as swapping white rice for the healthier brown, or swapping white bread for wholegrain. This also means drinking a healthy amount of water, and avoiding any fatty foods or any foods that has sugar in it.
Managing stress
Stress symptoms include mental, social, and physical manifestations. These include exhaustion, loss of/increased appetite, headaches, crying, sleeplessness, and oversleeping. Escape through alcohol, drugs, or other compulsive behaviour are often indications. Feelings of alarm, frustration, or apathy may accompany stress.
